It's vacation time! This month we dreamt about being on a beach. We read books about the ocean, creatures in the ocean and a book called, "Sea, Sand and me!" Then we created our own beach scene.
Tweens carved a design into a Styrofoam block and used it to print images over and over. Take a look at the fun they had reproducing their original artwork!
Tweens recreated their favorite characters, creatures and more using fusable Perler beads. Some used patterns provided and others made their own designs.
Spring is in bloom! The Tweens had fun decorating a mug and adding a plant to it. Now all that’s left to do is watch it grow!
Monsters are taking over the art world! Tweens picked an arty background and added their own monster creations. Check them out…if you dare!
Two heads are better than one…so these tweens made a spare! Using all kinds of craft items, kids created a new and unique head. Head on over and see for yourself!
Tweens designed a polymer clay coating to create a special pen in this month’s class.
