Teens competed in the library’s first Chocolate Olympics for fabulous (and chocolate-y) prizes!
Just before the release of the new Guardians of the Galaxy film, the library offered a showing of the first movie (for teens) along with some fun activities and food.
Teens used duct tape to create some super-powered accessories this August.
Using duct tape and a room full of cardboard we’d been saving up for months, teens created a variety of different objects out of cardboard. Most popular designs were vehicles, body armor, and cardboard weaponry.

Harry Potter fans joined together for an afternoon of HP-themed crafts – golden snitch keychains, wooden stag patronuses, feather quill bookmarks, miniature pencil broomsticks, and owl charm jewelry!
Teens in grades 6-12 recreated a wintery scene in acrylics while enjoying cookies on a cold afternoon in December.

On June 8, 2017, the Jesse White Tumbling Team visited the Huntley Area, filling up the Marlowe Middle School gym. The group put on an amazing performance that showcased their superpowers! Check out these video of the performance that helped the library kick off your Superpowered Summer!
