Build a giraffe, camel and lion, oh my! Miss Melanie challenged kids with the Gigi Blocks and they accepted and had fun while working together. We can’t wait to see what they do next. Roar!!!

Project Perler Gallery (May 2024)
Remember Perler beads? We got a little nostalgic for our childhood and brought out these fun, fusable, plastic beads. You can make pretty much anything with them! Teens tried out some of our example patterns and came up with their own designs. Check out what we made below:

Little Bookworms Celebration April 2024 Gallery
Woohoo! Once a year we have a party for the children who read over 1,000 books before kindergarten. Kids decorated hats, enjoyed a treat, and posed for pictures. Northern Illinois Train Club April 2024 Gallery

Builders’ Challenge: 3Doodler Gallery March 2024

Self-Defense for Teens Gallery (February 2024)

Barbie Boogie Gallery (February 2024)
Participants tried out some choreography from the Barbie movie – broken down for us step by step – by dance instructor, Melanie Andersen. The last part was particularly challenging, featuring some jumps, kicks, and spins! Check out some photos from the event below.
