Families flocked to the library to see Annadude the duck and other animal friends, including a bearded dragon, tortoise, California King snake and hissing cockroaches! Which one is your favorite?

This month we read stories about a crocodile who lost his smile, how to make a baby smile and a frog who said, Smile a lot! Then we made Smile necklaces to remind us our smiles are contagious. We bet you smile when you see our pictures!

Families helped celebrate Children’s Library Services by attending our Book Sale, getting a library card or a Groundhog Take-Home Craft, and following a map for a treasure hunt. Fun was had by all!

Families of 1st-5th graders shared ideas, then worked together to create their own artbot. We watched as each doodled and drew on its own. See for yourself!

It was all about the American Girl Dolls as we got dressed up, made crafts and even had a parade. Each girl made a sleeping bag for their doll…and we needed a nap after all this fun!

What can make a child smile? LEGOS! Our monthly clubbers designed some cool creations for the winter. You are sure to smile too!

Bow-wow! Families took turns reading to Dixie and Casey this month at our Read to a Dog program.

When is it snowing inside? When our Young Artists are painting a snowy scene! These kids enjoyed the story, The Snowy Day and then made their craft with Miss Anne.

We were all about monsters at this month’s Pajamarama as we read, “If You’re a Monster and You Know It” and “Monsters Love Colors”. We learned monsters aren’t real and they can be as silly as us!

Families celebrated the holiday season at our annual Open House. Everyone enjoyed activities, pictures with Santa, prizes and musical entertainment. Ho, ho, ho!!
