Using duct tape and a room full of cardboard we’d been saving up for months, teens created a variety of different objects out of cardboard. Most popular designs were vehicles, body armor, and cardboard weaponry.

2017 Very Merry Huntley Holiday Open House Gallery
Over 700 people attended the annual Holiday Open House at the Huntley Area Public Library on Friday, December 1, 2017. They enjoyed musical entertainment from Dave Gutshall and Andy Huber, a treasure hunt, face painting, refreshments, horse-drawn trolley rides and a visit with Santa and the Grinch! Project Tween: Art Show (September 2017) Gallery
When amazing art is being done, you need to showcase it…so we had an art show! Kids were asked to bring in 1-2 items they made at Project Tween to share with library visitors. Project Tween is a monthly program geared for youth between 10-14 years old at the Huntley Area Public Library.
Chocolate Is My Superpower June 2017 Gallery
Teens created delicious treats with the talented staff at Morkes Chocolates in Huntley. Popcorn balls, push-up cake pops, and chocolate dipped strawberries were all declared delicious! We offered 2 classes this summer in conjunction with Morkes.
