The Project Tween Self-Portrait Party was fun for all! Enjoy our gallery of photos from this January 2015 children’s program. Tweens brought a picture of themselves and their artistic abilities. We provided the canvas and the paint. They were asked to express themselves on canvas in a self-portrait, using acrylic paints.
Using crème makeup, tweens practiced applying and blending to create these monstrous results!
Tweens made a variety of gifts in this fun workshop (bath salts, cookies, and more!).
In this month’s Project Tween, tweens got creative with polymer clay!
Project Tween participants made bug and other art mosaics/collages out of paper this month.
Tweens created hand-sewn felt bunnies and birdies at this popular event.
Tweens gathered to create faux stained glass using aluminum foil, string, and markers. Check out their unique designs!
Tweens carved a design into a Styrofoam block and used it to print images over and over. Take a look at the fun they had reproducing their original artwork!
Tweens recreated their favorite characters, creatures and more using fusable Perler beads. Some used patterns provided and others made their own designs.
