A girl named Callie likes a boy named Greg and a boy named Jesse. Callie knows that Greg has a girlfriend, but when they break up Callie gets super excited. Then she meets Jesse and his brother Justin. Now Callie doesn’t know who she likes. Justin tries out for the play at school and Callie is part of the stage crew decorating scenes. Jesse wants to try out, but is too afraid. Callie and Jesse form a good relationship, friendwise, so by the end of the book, Jesse invites Callie to the dance and Jesse leaves and he is with a guy. He was gay. Callie knew his brother was, but not Jesse. Greg finds Callie and wants to be Callie’s boyfriend, but Callie says no. That’s the end of the story.

* * * * Stars (Great!)
It was really good because I liked all the characters. The book was funny because all the characters were in a play which kept getting messed up but in the end they fixed it.

It is a book about a girl who is in the drama club with her friends and works at set design and goes through some obstacles but somehow makes it through. Also she made some new friends. I liked the book because I like the author and I have read “Smile,” and “Sisters” and I just think it was entertaining, so I could not stop reading.

* * * Stars (Pretty good)
“Drama” is a book about a girl named Callie who is part of the theater stage crew for her middle school. In the story they are putting on a show and it shows what happens before and during the show. It was pretty good because it’s unlike any other book and it’s very unique. I recommend this book to everyone!
