Updated: 1/26/2021

Phase 2 of the library’s construction project begins in April. Projected closure dates are Monday, March 15 up to Monday, April 26, 2021. Phone lines will not be open. Emails will be monitored periodically during the closure.

During this time:

  • No fines will accumulate
  • No materials will be due
  • Regular library services will not be available
  • Most digital/online services will be available
  • Bookdrops will be removed

The last day to pick up holds at the library will be March 14. Holds placed for pickup at Huntley after March 1 may not become available until after we reopen. You may place holds for pickup at other libraries during our closure.

During the closure, we cannot guarantee Wi-Fi capability in the parking lot. When the building reopens and Phase 2 begins in April, limited Wi-Fi access to the parking lot may be available.

After April 26th
The main entrance to the library will be closed. Enter the library using the east side entrance. The new parking lot will be accessible from the Main St. Entrance. The Ruth Rd. Entrance will be closed to patrons – construction traffic only.

We appreciate your patience during this time and look forward to seeing you on April 26, 2021.
