Chase Ambrose, an 8th grade jock, loves to torment the other people at school. His physique and dad’s legacy allow him to do this without getting in trouble ever. But when he gets amnesia, he starts to realize the monster that he was, even making a kid switch schools. He starts to make new friends with the people he bullied, and becomes a better person. This rollercoaster of a book will show people all of the perspectives of bullying.

I liked how the book was paced. It was lightning fast, and had twists from beginning to end. However, all of the characters are one-dimensional. There is nothing that makes them more than cardboard cutouts. The only character development (other than Chase) is that people just start to like him over the course of the book. This book is a quick read, but very simple in concept. For upper elementary and middle school readers.
