Puck Connelly lives in a world that might seem unreal to another’s eye, but is part of Puck’s normal life. These races seem like any other normal race except…for the fact that the horses they race on seem to be quite demonic. Around that time of year, these horses wash up on shore like trash would on a normal beach. Some horses are able to be tamed and others run loose and go on a killing spree. To save the house she’s live in her whole life and to keep her brother from leaving, Puck enters the races in which only men enter, making her the first woman to ever run in the races. Will Puck thrive towards victory? Or will she be dead before she ever gets there? An exhilarating read with a simple romance on the side. It might be a bit slow in the beginning, but it will surely warm up to you!
