This book was amazing! The main character is Jay Berry. He has a little sister named Daisy who is his twin. Jay was born healthy, but Daisy was born with a crippled leg. Jay thinks his summer is boring until he sees monkeys by the bottoms. Seekin gthe advice of his grandfather, Jay sets out to catch those monkeys. Especially because the circus from which they escaped is offering a reward – $2 for the monkeys, and $100 for the chimpanzee. Jay knows he will catch those monkeys and when he does, he will use the reward money to buy his dream – a pony and a .22 shooter. This book takes you through Jay’s hilarious attempts to catch the monkeys. In the end, though, Jay will have to make a choice between his dream and someone else’s future.
