It was a beautiful day outside for a Trick or Treat Around the Square! Thank you to the Village of Huntley for an amazing and fun event and to everyone who came to Trick or Treat Around the Square!

Monstrous Makeovers October 2012
This October at the Huntley Area Public Library, teens got to experiment with makeup and paint – transforming themselves and some Barbies into horrifying creatures. The undead look was very popular, with zombie and vampire makeovers being among the most requested.
Zombie Prom – October 2010
The Huntley Library’s Zombie Prom took place on October 29, 2010. Attendees were able to give themselves and other prom guests zombie makeovers. When everyone was properly zombified, we took prom pictures! Prom favors featured miniature disco balls and bloodied corsages (which the teens made themselves). Teen Zine Halloween Party – October 2009
Teen Zine members and other teens met at the Huntley Area Public Library on October 30, 2009, for an evening of spooky, costumed fun! They investigated several crime scenes and solved a kidnapping mystery, watched Teen Zine’s scary movie “The Book,” took a Monster Personality quiz, and bowled with eyeballs (someone even got a strike – yuck!)!
