Teen Zine is the Huntley Area Public Library’s writers’ group for high school and college teens. Teen Zine is also the name of the group’s publication. If you like writing, photography, art, graphic design, and/or publishing, we would love your creative input!
Meetings: Usually the last Friday of each month. Visit the library’s events calendar to register for meetings. Submissions accepted below.
Submissions: You don’t have to be a member of the writers’ club in order to submit your work for consideration! We’re looking for your original short stories, poems, reviews (of books, movies, music, or video games), jokes, tips, true stories, essays, journalistic reporting, interviews, letters, photos, comics, drawings and/or other artwork. We accept submissions on an ongoing basis. You can open up/print a copy of our Teen Zine Submission Form, or submit your work directly by using the online submission form on this page.
