In this book, Russ and Aurora have a great one-night stand after meeting at a party, but Aurora suddenly leaves after because she is used to not wanting much from men based on the strained relationship she has with her father. Then when they both get to camp, they realize they are both counselors and first start off being just friends, because any “staff fraternizing” is against the rules. But Aurora has never been great at following the rules.
I loved that it incorporates characters from “Icebreaker,” the first book, and I love that it doesn’t take place at the school and instead uses a camp. For high school teens and adults.
